The Elan community officially opened in Beaumont, AB, in September 2022. As a developer, Dream is rooted in the values of community first, reliable growth, fearless innovation, inspiring creativity, and close collaboration. The grand opening of Elan was to be an event that was closely connected to the local community, the cultural vibes of Beaumont, and a communication of the vision of what Elan will be, which is to promote an altogether more relaxed, more connected pace of life.
